6月より、専門資格を持つカウンセラーによるメンタルヘルスケアを全社員対象に実施しております。

 サブパーソナリティトランプ   
（株式会社SORAの角本ナナ子氏と、YAO教育コンサルタントの八尾芳樹氏によって開発）

今回は様々なビジネス研修の教材として使用される「サブパーソナリティトランプ」を   
Coco-iku（心育）協会（一般社団法人SPコミュニケーション協会）認定の小山由美子インストラクター指導のもと導入致しました。

こころの健康をサポートし、社員一人一人が健康に楽しく仕事のできる環境づくりに取り組んでおります。
